Multi-acquirer routing — 0,2% per transaction. Only when your account runs on more than one acquiring partner, so a declined payment retries on the next route. Single-acquirer accounts never pay it.
* Processing rates are starting prices. They may vary with merchant profile and processing volume. Where your acquiring partner sets the processing fees, the rates in your agreement with that partner apply. Settlement is 3–7 business days for every method; PayPal pays out on your own PayPal account, on PayPal’s schedule.
Every other fee
The fees other providers keep in the help centre. If it can ever appear on your invoice or payout, it is on this list — shown for companies in the European Union.
Per transaction
Only on payments that use it
- Multi-acquirer routing
- 0,2%
- Only when your account runs on more than one acquiring partner, so a declined payment retries on the next route.
- Currency conversion
- 2%
- When your customer pays in another currency than the one you are paid out in (EUR).
- Multi-currency payout
- 1%
- When you are paid out in a second currency — EUR, GBP or USD — instead of converting.
Disputes & refunds
Only when a dispute, alert or refund occurs
- Chargeback
- From € 25,00
- Per chargeback filed against you. Not refunded, including when the dispute is decided in your favour.
- Chargeback alert
- € 27,50
- Per pre-dispute alert we intercept, whether or not a refund follows. Refunding within the alert window resolves the dispute before it becomes a chargeback.
- Refund
- € 1,00
- Per refund to your customer, full or partial.
Account & payouts
At setup and on the weekly rhythm
- Onboarding fee
- € 29,95
- One-off administration fee, charged when your account is set up.
- Payout
- € 0,50
- Per payout to your bank account.
- Faster payouts
- 0,25%
- Optional, where Checky Pro manages your payouts: paid out after 3 days instead of 5, once you process more than € 30.000 in 30 days. Charged on each amount paid out at the faster timing.
- Low-volume surcharge
- € 25,00/ week
- Only in weeks where you process less than € 1.500. Process more and it never appears.

Why weekly billing?
It keeps your costs close to the sales they belong to: a billing week runs from Monday to Sunday and is invoiced the following week. Processing fees are itemised per transaction and deducted at settlement, never invoiced separately. Our own fees, such as the plan fee and the alert fee, are withheld from your balance where your acquiring partner allows it, and otherwise come on the weekly invoice.
Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from the next week. No contract period on Starter, Growth or Scale.
What is a Revenue Suite license exactly?
One license switches cross-selling, checkout upsells, thank-you upsells and shipping insurance on for one store. Growth includes one license, Scale includes three, and extra licenses are € 5,00 per week.
What happens if I process less than € 1.500 in a week?
That week carries a € 25,00 low-volume surcharge. Process above it and the surcharge never appears — it exists to cover the fixed costs of keeping an account live.
Why does the price of a card payment depend on the card?
Because what a card costs to accept depends on where it was issued. A card from your own region is the cheapest, premium and business cards cost more, and cards from abroad cost the most. The fixed fee is part of the price — there is no separate authorization fee.
Why do prices differ per region?
Your rates follow where your company is registered, because that decides what our acquiring partners charge us. Pick your region at the top of this page to see your prices.
When do I pay the 0,2% multi-acquirer fee?
Only when your account runs on more than one acquiring partner, so a declined payment automatically retries on the next route. On a single acquirer the fee does not exist.
What does a chargeback alert do?
A pre-dispute alert reaches us before a chargeback is filed. Refunding within the alert window resolves the dispute before it becomes a chargeback. Where you do not refund, the chargeback may still follow, and you can still defend it. The € 27,50 alert fee applies to every alert we intercept, whether or not a refund follows.
When does currency conversion apply?
Only when the customer pays in a currency you are not paid out in. Conversion is 2% for companies in the EU, the UK and Hong Kong, and 1% in the US. In the EU and the UK you can avoid it with a second payout account in EUR, GBP or USD, at 1%. Every method’s conversion is on the rate card above.
